No cancellations or changes are allowed for bookings tagged as Non-Refundable. The statements below are true for any cancellations that is NOT marked as Non-Refundable.
All bookings from Beelik.com have a Non-Cancellation Period of 14 days from the Check-in Date, unless stated otherwise on the hotel details page.
Cancellations made during the Non-Cancellation Period will incur a penalty fee equivalent to a one night stay, up to a maximum equivalent to the duration of your intended stay subject to the specific hotel.
Refunds will be given for cancellations requested before Non-Cancellation Period. Efforts will be made to transfer the refunds into the same payment method that was used to make the booking.
Any transaction fee charged by any servicing banks will be borne by the guest.
We process all refunds within 7 business days.

The following describes our fulfilment policy.
- All completed reservations with confirmed payment on Beelik.com will receive a unique Reservation Number.
- Full details of the reservation are sent to the email address as filled in the form on the check-out page.
- Guests can also retrieve their reservation details by completing the “Retrieve My Reservation” form located on the homepage of Beelik.com. Guest will only need to furnish the email address used during the reservation check-out process and the Reservation Number.
- Upon check-in, guests must present the following;
- Beelik Reservation Number – printout not necessary.
- An identification document bearing the same number as in the reservation details (passport, govt-issued identification etc).
- The hotel has the right to refuse service to you if you fail to present either one or both of the items above.
- Photo identification, cash payment and credit card are required at check-in for incidental charges. Different hotels will have different policies on this so please call your hotel in advance before arrival.
- Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.
